Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Payments made towards society maintenance, charges, or contributions are non-refundable.

• Once a payment is processed, it cannot be canceled.

• In case of any duplicate transaction or incorrect deduction, members are requested to contact the society office immediately. Valid cases will be refunded or adjusted against future maintenance bills after due verification.
