• Our society provides maintenance and related services to members, including but not limited to :

  • Building maintenance & repairs

  • Security & housekeeping

  • Utilities management (water, electricity in common areas)

  • Garden & common area upkeep

Pricing:

• Monthly/quarterly/annual maintenance charges as decided by the Society General Body/Managing Committee.

• Charges are displayed to each member at the time of payment.

• Any additional charges (e.g., penalties, repair contributions) will be notified in advance by the society office.
